* Peak is pre-Christmas 12/10/10 through 12/15/10, President's weekend 2/13/11 through 2/15/11and Spring Break 03/05/11 through 03/31/11 Minimum of 4 nights is required
* Prime Peak is 12/15/10 though 01/05/11 Minimum of 5 nights is required
* Any stays less then 3 nights (not available during peak and prime peak) will require a $50 cleaning fee.
** Cancellation Policy: Non Peak - 15 days prior to occupancy Peak - 30 day notice Prime Peak - Requires 45 day notice. Failure to cancel before the dates will result in forfeit of your 50% deposit and a $50 booking fee. All funds( second 50%) are due on or before the cancellation date. Cancellation after the cancellation date will result in a loss of all (100%) of your funds; if we are able to rebook, you will be refunded 100% less $50 booking fee.
